We are sharing with readers the memorandum below that is being circulated to neighbors by Friends of Greenwich Village.
The memorandum is to inform neighbors of Community Board 2 (CB2) meeting where plans for a 90 bed shelter at 27 West 11th Street, formerly the Larchmont Hotel will be discussed. The topic is on the Agenda of the January 30, 2025 CB2 meeting.
Regardless of opinions, we encourage neighbors register and join the Zoom meeting (registration information below) to understand the issues involved and help direct the project in a way that makes sense for our neighborhood.
